By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 288w platform (accessible at 288w.org and any associated mobile interfaces), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 288w (the "Company," "Platform," "we," or "us").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 288w platform and close your account. Continued use of any part of the 288w platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

To be eligible to register and use the 288w platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period in which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 288w strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 288w platform or had an account closed for Terms violation.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of 288w or any affiliated company.

Each individual may register only one account on the 288w platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via shared devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid date of birth, a working contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 288w will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify 288w immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

288w reserves the right to carry out enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or as part of ongoing compliance monitoring. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on the 288w platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 288w does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which 288w accepts no liability.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Cryptocurrency (selected networks only). Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each method are published in the Cashier section of your account and are subject to change.

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been previously used to fund the account, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• 288w reserves the right to perform an enhanced review of any withdrawal request at its sole discretion, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially disproportionate to recorded deposit history.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 1–3 business days for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and 2–5 business days for bank transfers, subject to verification status.

288w maintains strict compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Deposits made and subsequently withdrawn without sufficient wagering activity may be subject to a processing review and applicable fees to cover transaction costs incurred by the platform.

All sports bets placed on 288w are subject to the individual sport and market rules published in the Sports Rules section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule shall prevail.

288w offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 formats), boxing, and other sports verticals as published on the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is generated and displayed to the player. Verbal or implied acceptance does not constitute a confirmed bet.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are locked at acceptance. Live in-play odds are subject to latency and may be suspended without notice during match events.
• 288w reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to manifestly incorrect odds, system malfunction, or misuse of the platform.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned in accordance with those rules.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits per event and per day are applied at the platform level and are visible in the bet slip before confirmation.

All casino games available on the 288w platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer dealing procedures audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the individual game information panels.

288w acts as the operator of the casino environment and is not the game developer or software provider. Games are provided under licence by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and other internationally recognised providers. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider's published rules, accessible within the game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a casino game session, 288w will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state using server-side records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the incomplete game round will be voided and the wagered amount for that round returned to the player's balance. 288w accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all 288w promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in bonus funds and must meet the published wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• 288w reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where operationally possible.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 288w platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering with false, misleading, or third-party identity information.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus farming.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain any advantage over the standard player experience.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit platform mechanics or guarantee shared profits.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the platform's favour without promptly reporting them to 288w.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine wagering activity.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or placing bets on any match, event, or competition suspected to be subject to manipulation or fixing.
• Providing false information during the KYC verification process or submitting fraudulent documentation.

All content on the 288w platform — including but not limited to the 288w brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, data compilations, odds displays, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of 288w or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the 288w platform without prior written consent from 288w.

288w collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

288w will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is shared only with: payment processing partners necessary to execute your transactions; identity verification and KYC service providers; regulatory and law enforcement bodies where required by law; and game software providers to the extent necessary for game delivery and dispute resolution.

288w is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. 288w provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.

288w's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, for any cause of action whatsoever, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 288w account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

288w does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur, and 288w accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed or managed during any period of service unavailability.

288w reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 288w will provide reasonable advance notice to active players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 288w holds its gaming licence. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, players may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's player dispute mechanism.
